Taiwanese-born American film director Justin Lin, best known for directing the Fast and Furious series, has put his historic downtown Los Angeles home for sale. The home was originally constructed in 1925 then converted to a living and working community in 2007. Lin has used the penthouse as an office for his production company and lives on the floor above. The penthouse is now for sale at US$7 million.

Lin?s home spans three levels with 360-degree views from its rooftop terrace. Currently offering two bedrooms and three baths, with 4,300 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,600 square feet of outdoor terrace space that can be utilised however the owner likes.
