Here in the south the days are longer and already quite warm. It's that time of the year that we spend our family time outdoors. I'm actually writing this post on the patio. It's the perfect spot for dining, catching up after a long day and yes, work!

For the upcoming Father's Day holiday, I wanted to do something special for my hubby. He really works hard and is an amazing husband and father. He loves spending time in the backyard. I decided to spruce up the boring fire-pit area for him.
Simply Fresh Patio Makeover
I started by searching the True Value website for ideas. I wanted to find some new chairs for the fire-pit area. My Chair Criteria

portable for multi use
What did I pick" Plastic Adirondack chairs! They are under $20 and come in 11 colors! I chose the color Bluestone. I wanted something subdued with a little color. It's the perfect blue-gray. Not only that, but they match my existing pillows perfectly!
I snapped my fingers and BAM! It was transformed. Not exactly, but with a pressure washing of the patio and scrubbing of the fire-pit……it became entertaining ready for very little money!
