Ingredients
1 onion

1 carrot

4 potatoes (medium size)750 mils water50 grams buttersalt, pepperoregano
500 grams spinach 1 chicken stock cube2 Tablespoons cream fraiche  Method 1. Heat some olive oil in a pressure cooker, sauté the onion for a few minutes. 2. Add the sliced ??carrot, potatoes and spinach.3. Add 750 ml of water, crumbled stock cube, oregano and salt. 4. Leave to cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker. 5. Put everything in a blender with the butter and fresh cream. 6. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.   Bon appetit ? Leeann x
