Serves: 4 Preparation time: 15 minsCooking time: 15 mins
Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
4 potatoes (medium size)750 mils water50 grams buttersalt, pepperoregano
500 grams spinach 1 chicken stock cube2 Tablespoons cream fraiche Method 1. Heat some olive oil in a pressure cooker, sauté the onion for a few minutes. 2. Add the sliced ??carrot, potatoes and spinach.3. Add 750 ml of water, crumbled stock cube, oregano and salt. 4. Leave to cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker. 5.
