If there's one thing I love, it's seasonal food.  Wholesome, hearty foods are so comforting in the fall and winter while fresh veggies and lightly prepared foods are always welcome during the warmer months.  My father in law, who is an amazing chef, recently shared his favorite cooking app with me.  Have you heard of Kitchen Stories"  It's full of great demonstrations, recipes, and how-tos.  The videos and photography are beautiful and inspiring.  Any time I'm looking for something to pull me out of a food rut, I refer to this app.  I hope you like it as much as I do.  Two of the recipes from the meal below are from Kitchen Stories.  The shrimp recipe is from Skinny Taste, another favorite recipe source.  Enjoy!
