Lobsters and Champagne
It is the last day of 2020 and I have lobsters and bottles of champagne in my kitchen.
We have eaten lobsters in restaurants in France and around the world but we have never cooked them together in the kitchen.
French Boyfriend is in his normal relaxed state and is out last minute shopping for ingredients. It is about now that I start wishing that all restaurants were not closed and all we had to do is get dressed and turn up at a restaurant.
There is a first time for everything and there is no going back now.
