It is butternut season here in France and we adore them. Not only do they look fabulous, they are delicious.I was happy when I found this recipe for Butternut Squash Feta Pasta as it is something new and we have never used butternut to make a pasta sauce.It is very yummy and I am sure you will like it as much as we do.
