The three-bedroom, 3,600-square-foot duplex apartment in New York’s Hell’s Kitchen neighbourhood owned by talk show host and comedian Trevor Noah, offers unfettered views of the city and the Hudson River and has undergone thoughtful renovations since he purchased it in 2017. However, the space still maintains the original aesthetic of the Art Deco-era New York Telephone Building. Recently, it was just listed at USD 12.95 million.

The building was originally built in 1920 by Ralph Thomas Walker, who was selected “Architect of the Century” by The New York Times in 1957. In 2014, CetraRuddy transformed the structure into apartments and renamed it Stella Tower in honour of Mr Walker’s late wife. The structure is close to many of the city’s most significant addresses, including Central Park, the Lincoln Centre, and Hudson Yards, and features one of the most stunning lobbies in the city.
