Trend Report: Spring 2018 Beauty
This spring, we?ve seen both subtle and overt trend iterations that are quickly becoming classics. From hair styles and cuts to makeup, beauty is ushering in its own rules that nod to tradition while introducing twists that allow us to experiment and become inspired to create our own takes. Read on to find out our nominations for best beauty from this month?s spring 2018 RTW shows.

The Old Pixie is New Again ? When you saw girls at Balenciaga, Christian Dior and Saint Laurent sport incredibly chic pixie cuts that threw back to Audrey?s Roman Holiday cropped locks, you were looking at the real deal. Some of them had their hair shorn backstage to achieve the pixie look that is long enough to run your fingers through, but short enough to typify grab-and-go style. If you?ve been contemplating a potentially life changing haircut, now would not be the wrong time to do it.
Au Natural? On the other end of the spectrum, we saw beautiful, and also very real, long tresses. From Kristy Hume at Michael Kors to fresh faced models sporting natural waves at Calvin Klein. Au Naturale is still in, whether you choose to go short or long. And your natural texture whether pin straight, slightly wavy or ringlet curly is to be celebrated and shown off as well.
