Distilled from the plant Lavandula angustifolia, the oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps. We buy ours from Provence which is famous for it's beautiful lavender fields which go on for miles and miles.
A couple of drops on your pillow and you will sleep like a baby ?
