I am not much of an avid reader any more, seems like I am just too busy, but the 5th book, Bringing Them Home,  of the Rosemont Series by Barbara Henski is an exception.   From the very first book "Coming To Rosemont" I have been hooked.  Barbara tells a story so real that you feel like you know the characters and are part of the story - they all become friends and family.

In this 5 book series, you start off with Maggie finding out her husband was not who she thought he was and had so many secrets.  After his death she is left with a beautiful manson that he never told her about and that was just the beginning of his secrets.  She decided to start fresh in this new home and town.  Life definitely changes for her in ways she could never dream -  and that is where all the fun, intrigue, romance and life changing adventures begin.
If you like fast paced reading that is full of tons of twists and turns and definitely interesting and intriguing characters, then this is a series for you.

I am so thrilled to know Barbara personally, and she is just as interesting an delightful in real life as she portrays her characters in her books to be.
